NFC (Near Field Communication) is a contact-less communication technology, designed to exchange data through a simple touch gesture. NFC is also used to power contactless payments via mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Android Pay) as well as contactless cards.

All smartphones released in recent years have NFC. Check the list below with most known smartphones that have NFC. Even if your smartphone doesn’t have this technology, you can still use an MSP tag to share your info, because only the receiver needs to have it. There is also available a QR code that can be scanned by the receiver phone to get your details in case the receiver’s phone doesn’t have NFC available.

It’s important to know that MSP tags are completely waterproof, and they don’t need charging.
