Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. We operate from Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
Tracking
Customers receive a tracking number and a tracking link upon dispatch by email, to follow the progress of their shipment.

Refund Policy
Returns or Refunds (if applicable)
We do not take returns. To be eligible for a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase including the order number. Your order must have not been delivered per carrier tracking info.
If your MSP Tag is damaged on transit, you may be eligible for replacement. Take a photo of your damaged MSP Tag and email it at info@mysocialpath.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, take the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted).
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mysocialpath.com.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. We only replace items if they are damaged on transit.
